Redirect from WWW to Main Domain is not working

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried different ways to do it with URL or permanent redirect however nothing is working, not sure what am i doing wrong

If you go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns and proxy the two records that are not proxied , does it redirect properly?

I figured it out, it was on my CRM Side that I had to put a Redirect Rule. I did that and it’s working now. Thank you so much for your help

Makes sense, the redirect is happening at the origin. If your DNS records are still not proxied you are bypassing cloudflare and your origin is serving directly to your visitors.
