Redirect loop when enabling proxy

stuck in redirect loop.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I am slowly migration an existing site to Cloudflare, doing small steps at a time.
Currently everything runs smooth with dns only.

Today i added proxy for subdomain (test domain)
Its stuck in redirect loop.

I am wondering if it something regarding ssl/tls settings.

Origin server has a public verified certificate, not issued by cloudflare.
It is set to flexible.

Any hints to what is wrong?

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
