Redirect https domain to https domain doesn't work

I need to set up redirect from https://www.cryptoindex.io to https://cryptoindex.com but it seems doesn’t work.

Can you compare your page rules to those in this Tutorial? Redirect www.example.com to example.com.

Looks like your pattern to match is missing the www. The naked .io domain does forward successfully to .com which is what you have told it to do with that Rule.

I’ve should just put * right in the start of pattern. This is a solution
