What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Trying to redirect from root to WWW, have tried CNAME as well. Upon setting up redirect rule as instructed in documentation, it gives me the message that it must be proxied.

I see the A record being proxied. Also, see the redirect working for me.

Thank you, the last ditch effort after a week of trying different things finally worked, after I posted in the community. All is working correctly now
