What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

We transferred the domain kr-labs.com to Cloudflare, added 2 DNS records - @ and WWW, directed them to the dummy IP 192.0.2.1, and then created a Page Rule for the 301 Forwarding URL from kr-labs.com/ to other our domain. But redirect not working. This is surprising because we have used this feature many times in the past. Please help us find the cause.

You need to either disable DNSSEC at your registrar, or enable it at Cloudflare and copy the DS records to your registrar from your dashboard here…

Yes, indeed. The registrar DOMAIN.COM somehow added the DNSSEC record on its own, even though we didn’t ask it to do so. Thank you!
