Redirect does not work to specific site language

i try to redirect https://doctors-with-borders.ch to Home but it doesnt work even though this is configured in page rules

url https://doctors-with-borders.ch is not forwarded to Home even though i have deployed a rule doing exactly this

I got 404 returned, from the origin host/web server I am afraid.
