Is there any way to redirect AMP page for desktop user? and let only mobile users use the AMP feature.

Your normal “responsive” webpage of some published article should contain HTML <link> tag amphtml pointed to the AMP version of it.
Both non-AMP and AMP webpage should include the correct HTML <link> for the canonical URL address.
Otherwise, I am not sure why do you see AMP page for desktop users. It sounds to me like something is either cached, or rather a plugin for WordPress or similar is not propperly configured.
Should be “by default”.
