Hello, our charity website is down (hosted by Cloudflare) and the account we believe is associated with a former employee/email address who we cant reach. How can we recover the account and link it to a charity email address that is current? Thanks! niki
Probably not.
Please provide the address of the website in question so we can point you in the right direction.

I’m sorry to hear about your account access difficulties. For both security and privacy reasons, Cloudflare cannot make changes to the account. The best option is always to work with the account holder to arrange access. If you are unable to recover the account on your own, starting over in a new account is the only remaining option.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
