Recovery email does not arrive

we have an account registered in the email {redacted} the email is working normally we forget the CloudFlare password we request the password recovery says that an email will arrive but this email never arrives.

Please open a ticket from that email address: support AT cloudflare DOT com

As soon as you get the autoreply, please post the ticket number so we can escalate this.
