What is the issue you’re encountering
I’m working for a client, who is a very “non technical” person, in her own words. There was IT turnover and I was hired as a consultant to recover her access to all of the company accounts (Google Workspace, Amazon, Shopify, etc, etc, etc). I have been unable to recover access to the Cloudflare account. The 2FA the site asks for is not in the company’s lastpass, or on the IT phone’s 2FA app. I’ve tried calling multiple Cloudflare numbers and have only gotten looped. For vendors like Shopify, we went through a process where we confirmed control of the email address associated with the account, then the submitted her drivers license. In one case (Amazon), she had to get a form notarized and submit that. I have been unable to reach human contact at Cloudflare to login. It seems we are impossibly locked out of the account. I appreciate the dedication to security, but every resource I’ve checked has told me “oh just contact support AFTER you login” and I’m unable to login! My client is 100% willing to provide proof of ownership of the business, identity, get a form notarized, etc. Who can we contact to get this fixed?
