Recover cloudflare account for specific domain?

My customer already have the website brz-experts.com.br in Cloudflare (other user create the account and setup all dns’s) and the registar is pointing to:

How can I recover this account? They have no contact with the company that create this Cloudflare settings anymore!

I try to create a new Cloudflare in my own Cloudflare account for this domain but its not working!

Any solution?

You can add that domain to your own account, but you’ll have change the name servers at the registrar for that domain so it’s your Cloudflare name servers, and not kia and pablo.
