Not sure what to do since you can not contact support in any fashion besides logging into your account so I created a second account just to post here.
My hard drive died in my computer and I had MFA enabled on my account. I thought it was setup to use my Yubikey but it won’t accept it saying “It doesn’t recognize this device”, so maybe it was Windows Hello tied to the old install of Windows. Yubikey works just fine on other sites FYI.
Can’t login to my account because of MFA and the doesn’t recognize error, can’t do the recovery since this was the only computer I’ve logged into my account with. I try the help submitting ticket but it says it sends a confirmation link to my email to confirm before it will create the ticket, I never get the email so the ticket never creates. Beyond frustrated I can’t just submit a ticket or just talk to a general support in some fashion. Any help would be appreciated.
I do have access to the email. Like I mentioned I do the login-help one which does take you to a “submit ticket” but I never get the confirmation link to said email, even though I get the recovery code just fine to that same email.
This is what I am referring to, I never get the confirmation link even though just the 2 steps before I get the recovery code just fine. Their system is not sending that email out is what it appears.
