We’ve had DNS records on Cloudflare for several months without problems. Over the weekend the records have stopped resolving. If I run a whois query the name servers are correct but running a query for any specific type of record (MX, CNAME A etc etc) all come up blank.
Can anyone help? All the records are still there in the Cloudflare control panel and I can’t see any error messages.
The nameservers are set to these:
Name Server: KEYLA.NS.CLOUDFLARE.CO.UK
Name Server: LEX.NS.CLOUDFLARE.CO.UK
Cloudflare nameservers are
.co.uk so that’s why they’re not resolving.
If this was previously working then you’ll need to look into how and why the nameservers were changed.

No problem, whois reports an update to the domain
12:58:30 so that may be it if it roughly coincides with the problem starting.
