Hi, I don’t understand why all records are propagated except one the domain is acwild.it and not propagated record is myeliminacode.acwild.it.

That does seem to resolve to an IP ending in .120. If it’s not working formula, perhaps it’s a caching issue and you want to try on a different device/network.
As Dom said, it’s propagated and the virtualmin page shows. Are you expecting it to be 
Proxied as well?

It started working after deleting the record and recreating it
