I am learning to use Cloudlfare 
.
I have a record at (radio.ivconsult.be) but I do not have the impression that it is protected by Cloudflre because when I put a VPN from Brazil I have access to the site although I blocked it.
May I ask how did you blocked Brazil? 
Are you using a WAF rule(s) for this or some other Security feature which Cloudflare offers?
If so, could you share a screenshot of your WAF rule blocking the Brazil Country?
Nevertheless, is it your only WAF rule or you’re having more of them? Is it the 1st from above on the rules list?
Furthermore, are the DNS records proxied 
?
For both radio.ivconsult.be and ivconsult.be while checking I do see they’re proxied.
Are you trying to access
May I also ask if you’re planning to audio stream over the proxied hostname like radio.ivconsult.be?
Nevertheless, seems to me like there is an issue with DNSSEC at first sight
Have you disabled DNSSEC before changing domain nameservers and pointing them to the assigned ones for your Cloudflare account?
