With Cloudflare Stream now supporting SRT and Blackmagic devices still being problematic due to the lack of RTMPS support I’m curious if there is a list of hardware encoders that are recommend to use with Cloudflare Stream Live.
Supporting SRT seems to be a big plus, but I’m also curious if other members are using appliances that are not computers with OBS/ffmpeg for live streaming.
My 2 cents are that the Blackmagic Web Presenter series are a hard pass. They are not able to stream RTMPS, only RTMP and hang themselves and become unresponsive after streaming for 14+ days.
