Recheck for Fair terms of use, static only allowed now?

Hello CF Community.

I’m referering to this post from 2015: cdn - Can I route only a subdomain through CloudFlare? - Webmasters Stack Exchange

It’s says, that CF not allow to use it for static only caching.
Is it still active? Can somebody link me to terms where i can find it, to prove this to my customer?
Or maybe it’s allowed now? (Orange-Cloud on Subdomain which serves only images)

While I can’t find that specific line in the TOS anymore, the complaint the user received from Cloudflare in the SE question was due to only a single subdomain being proxied by Cloudflare and being proxied only in order to serve images.

Using an account primarily as an online storage space, including the storage or caching of a disproportionate percentage of pictures, movies, audio files, or other non-HTML content, is prohibited.

Since the account’s only use, besides DNS, was to store images (and not proxy the main website), it was against the Cloudflare TOS. The owner of the domain was able to keep using the subdomain as a static image proxy as long as they enabled proxying on the www/root zones as well.
