Hi.

I transferred a client’s domain from one 3rd party registrar to another.
What would the process be to recheck the site on Cloudflare without needing to delete it and re-add it?

Could not find a solution for it on FAQ or on the community.

You shouldn’t need to do anything, other than make sure the new registrar points to the Cloudflare name servers.
