Rechaptcha screen

Hi all, a customer is getting a reCAPTCHA screen, but I can’t duplicate this issue to check what is happening. Do somebody have a clue?

Did they click the “Why do I have to complete a CAPTCHA” link? It probably leads to this article:

Good for you. Customer or someone else with the same IP (over NAT) is probably infected with some kind of malware.

Thanks a lot, I’ll check the customer’s IP. I’ll write my observation here as well when I have any.
