Receiving timeout error (524) when downloading file

What is the error number?

What is the issue you’re encountering

cloudflare says browser is working, cloudflare is working (Atlanta), but gives me a “host error” of “design,calendarcompany.com”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

navigating through our cloudflare account and community notes for specific direction on this. Should I contact my hosting company? The technical guys with radixweb tells me it is a cloudflare issue but cannot contact cloudflare unless I upgrade to a biz level status.

May I ask what’s the filesize of the particular file you’re trying to download and what kind of filetype as well?
Are you downloading it via Web browser and over a proxied :orange: hostname? :thinking:
Was it downloading longer than 100 seonds?
