My friend from Greece is sending me money from revolut to klivvr and i am from Egypt and the money transition is pending but the money is on visa so is that a problem?

Cloudflare is not a money transfer service. No one in the Community will have insight into your money transfer activities. You may have better luck inquiring with the services that are handling the transfer.

It did not. You may have been blocked by a site owner who uses Cloudflare, but Cloudflare has not blocked you. If they had, you wouldn’t be able to post here.
You will need to ask the site that is using Cloudflare whether they will consider adjusting their rules to allow access. There is nothing that anyone in the Community or at Cloudflare can do to change the rules configured by a site owner.
