What is the issue you’re encountering

Someone has been abusing Cloudflare’s IP addresses to send harassing live chat messages to our employees, perhaps using a ZeroTrust. We have dates and IP addresses. We can provide chat transcripts if required. We would like the account holder warned to stop or have their Cloudflare account suspended…

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Visited Cloudflare’s abuse page and tried to submit a report. The form doesn’t cover this situation.

It wouldn’t let you submit under “Violent Threats and Harassment?”

That’s right. An “infringing URL” is required to complete the form and there isn’t one in this case. Adding https://www.cloudflare.com or https://example.com to bypass the required field check caused the submission to be rejected.
