I’ve checked with my host they said it’s on Cloudflare side it was working fine before I transferred

Make sure your mail-related subdomains (such as mail, smtp, imap, pop) are set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied” (plus ftp if you use it)…

You have enabled Cloudflare’s mail forwarding, is that what you intended to do? If your email was working before then likely you didn’t and you should disable that and use the MX record as previously set in your DNS.
