Your MX records are not pointing at Cloudflare, which is correct. It also means that Cloudflare is not involved in the mail flow from your partner to your mail servers.
% dig +short mx arqqa.net
10 mx-biz.mail.am0.yahoodns.net.
20 mx-biz.mail.am0.yahoodns.net.
I believe the secondary should be mx-biz.mail.am1.yahoodns.net
. This could be causing you an issue, but that’s a matter to take up with Yahoo!.
Neither SPF nor DMARC are involved in receiving emails, so they are not the issue. Both are however not correctly configured. You have two SPF and two DMARC records, and there can only be one. You should correct these in any case.
% dig +short txt arqqa.net | grep spy
"v=spf1 a mx ~all"
"v=spf1 ptr:yahoo.com ptr:yahoo.net ?all"
% dig +short txt _dmarc.arqqa.net
"v=DMARC1; p=none; pct=100; adkim=r; aspf=r"
"v=DMARC1; p=none;"
Hi Im also have the same experience with emails not working - sending or delivering after I completed the cloudflare setup on my domain. Checked the above response and settings on my profile. Any other variables to investigate?
@matthys you may be having a similar same experience… but the root cause may be different since you likely have a different email service provider and your domain has different DNS records.
I recommend you start a new topic and provide as much detail as you have, including your domain name and any specific error messages… so community members can dig into your specific issue for you.
Good luck!
