Received an e-mail about "Account suspension", but my account stills fine

The emails says that I violated CloudFlare’s service terms and my account was suspended, but, I still can login into my account and manage my DNS.

Something is wrong. What happening here?

Maybe the domain is suspended?

Have you tried writing a ticket and contacting Cloudflare support due to your account and/or domain issue?

Make sure to reply here with your ticket number. I belive @cloonan could check that.

If the Trust & Safety team suspends websites or accounts they see a good reason for it. I am not saying that the do not make mistakes.
