Received $0 invoice for domain transfer out

I just transferred out a domain from Cloudflare to Spaceship.com (purely for cost reasons, otherwise I love Cloudflare and its products).

I then received a $0 invoice from Cloudflare with the only invoice item being:

Domain Transfer Out -

My question is: Why?

Why send me a $0 invoice? Is it a bug, a “feature” (???), a sign of things to come (i.e. will Cloudflare start charging us for transferring out a domain??)?

I imagine they will soon triple the charge for transferring the domain out from what they have invoiced you.

That’s just how the billing system works at the moment, I wouldnt think too deeply into it.
