Found this other community page: Super-admin left the company and followed the same instructions. The super admin of our company also left and his email address was disabled causing incoming emails to bounce. We cannot reset his password since your system refuses to send emails to it at this time.
Per the instructions in that other community topic, we enabled his account and sent an email from it to support at Cloudflare which opened and immediately closed this support ticket: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/requests/2370367
Can you please re-enable outgoing emails to his address so we can reset his password and change the super admin?
