Re-added domain to Cloudflare

Hello,

Our domain is on Cloudflare. I logged in to the system to update the DNS record, but I could not see the our domain. I thought there was some confusion and wanted to add the domain again.When I wanted to add it again, it processed from scratch and charged the card as if it were the first time I added it. I guess it’s my fault. Can you help me?

Did you log into the correct Cloudflare account for the domain?

If you have added the domain to another account, you will either need to:

  • find the previous account and update your DNS records there
    or
  • change the nameservers at your registrar to those given for your new account so DNS records in that account are used for the domain

Yes it’s correct account. It was already here before.
But I didn’t see it when I entered Cloudflare yesterday and I added again. But at now, our domain’s say ‘pending nameservers update’. Actually our domain is already here. I don’t know what to do.
