RDP remote access going to wrong public hostname

I am trying to use RDP to remote access a computer that does not have a tunnel on it but is on the same network as a computer with a tunnel. I can see that both computer are on the same network using the Nirsoft wireless network watcher.

I set up two public hostnames. One that is place.mydomain.xyz (has the tunnel) with IP: 10.0.0.101:3389 and another place.mydomain.xyz/3 with IP: 10.0.0.102:3385 (yes I changed the RDP port).

However when I run the command cloudflared access rdp --hostname place.mydomain.xyz/3 --url localhost:1234 RDP connects to the host place.mydomain.xyz (without 3). I do not know why this is not working. I have this working with two other tunnels. What could be causing this and how can I diagnose such a problem in the future?

I forgot to mention I set up the computers to have static IP addresses.

IIRC, you can’t use path with anything but HTTP/HTTPS for origins.

With the other tunnels I used paths and there was no issues
