rDNS for emails not working since moving to Cloudflare

Hi all,

For our marketing emails, we use a CRM-tool that sends emails through Sendgrid. We used to have a 10 out of 10 score with a tool called mail-tester

Since moving to Cloudflare, our score went to 8.9/10 due to an error with the rDNS (see screenshot).

Anyone knows how to fix this issue?
