I am using cwp7 and I am unable to get correct rDNS. There is some things I will like to understand. My hostname is cwp.emilius.net and it resolves to IP: 172.64.80.xx but my actual IP is different. Second problem is that my rDNS is looking for private IP like 192.168.x.x. How I can setup PTR record? what IP I should match? Please help me here…

Setting up PTR record dues not give me any deferent results.

That should also be done for the target of your MX record (… given your screenshot mentions that the MX record is pointing to a “_dc-mx” host name), as well as any other DNS record(s) you have, that is related to email traffic.
