Issue:
Clients are blocked from our site, but when I search in the Security Events by ray ID over that date range, nothing is found.

I have read through similar issues in the Cloudflare Community and have not found a similar issue.
We have many international customers visiting our site, but need to balance bot protection with our customers needing access to our site.
We have created many rules in the WAF to allow our customers through, but still have some who are blocked, and they are providing their Ray ID so we can troubleshoot and add rules to let them into our site.
