they changed the minimum time period for the rules from 1 second to 10 second
so to free and pro plan the only option we got left is 1 minute period, its a lot harder to find good balance in request per minutes vs requests per second
just to note everyone as I didnt got and message about it
We found that 1 second sampling resulted in some odd inconsistencies in our ability to block content and the 10s interval was much more reliable. I guess I would either multiply by 10 or divide by 6 
but free and pro plan now have only 1 minute period 
can we ask to add more time options into the interface? instead of forcing us to go through the api
