Randomly get 502 cloudflare error when uploading files

What is the issue you’re encountering

everytime we upload, it return with 502 on cloudflare side, on our side there is no log that the api trigger get into our server. the file size is under 1MB

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

restarting our kubernetes pods and ingress

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

just trigger the api with upload images

it’s not literally every time. but 2 in 5 tries always return with that 502 error.
