Good morning, we are experiencing issues with HTTP/3 enabled on Safari version 18.1 (desktop only). Pages load, but some JS resources randomly fail to load. There are no errors in the console. After searching online, I found that this bug has been reported elsewhere as well. However, everything works perfectly on the latest iOS version as of 29 January 2025.
Is there a way on Cloudflare to disable HTTP/3 only when a user connects from Safari on desktop? We’d like to run some tests without disabling HTTP/3 for everyone.
I won’t go into details about our Cloudflare and LiteSpeed configuration, as after extensive research, it genuinely seems like the issue stems from this. There are no loading issues at all on Chrome.
Thanks!
PS: It would be worth understanding whether the Early Hints functionality or “0-RTT Connection Resumption” could also cause similar issues in the browser.
