I did that already from that page and I also reached out to our provider and they said they shouldn’t be blocking anything. From NGINX’s logs I don’t see the traffic when they get the error 522. If I manually clear cache then that user has no issues for a while but it can be 0-4 hours before it has issues again for them. It’s only a single user and they have tried over 2 different ISP’s and the symptom is the same. I am unable to replicate the issue myself or with any other users. It is very bizarre but it seems to be something only happening in Virgina. The GeoIP blocking we did inside cloudflare so there should be no issue on our end. I did open a ticket with cloudflare but so far it has not been responded to and I provided the public IP for the affected user. It is a cloudflare issue or something to do in that particular region as 2 different ISP’s behave the same way with multiple devices.
