Random Billing then upgraded to pro?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I was billed a $5 invoice where all it said was “Billing for invoice #” and then listed another invoice…which had been paid in full?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I contacted support - and all ya’ll did was just send me an email saying “send us the credit card billing invoice where you were charged incorrectly.” Had anyone bothered to actually read my support ticket - they would have seen that this invoice wasn’t paid. I know its only $5 - but what is it for? Again, the only reference on it is “Billing for invoice #” and previous invoice number (which again, paid in full).

THEN I log in today and see that kristophr.com was upgraded to PRO subscription? I certainly did not do this and not sure why my account was upgrade. This is outragous that ya’ll just randomly upgrade my account to PRO? I’m the only person who has access to cloudflare so no one I know would have done this. Why was this done?
