Raising support ticket UI glitch

I am trying to raise a support ticket but the checkbox “My issue is not domain related” is checked by default and can’t be toggled off. Anyone else seeing this?

I just clicked the box and the checkmark went away, then I was presented with a list of my domains.

This does seem like a change, as I thought it used to be unchecked to start with. Maybe that’s introduced a bug.

Thanks for checking. Tried on both Edge Chromium and Chrome both with the same checked box but not able to toggle it.

I’m using Firefox. Regardless, it’s probably worth it to open a ticket, then post the # here.

Yes, I did open the ticket. Raised it here too just to find if more users had the same problem.
