Hello I recently switched hosts and my old host was using Railgun. My new host does not use it but under my Cloudflare account it still shows. I contacted support and they told me to delete my Cloudflare and re-add it, but I can’t because Cloudflare hosts my register name so that will not work. Cloudflare told me to contact my old host (which I have and they told me that because my account is cancelled there that they cannot help me and it’s a Cloudflare issue). So both Cloudflare and my old host are putting the blame on each other. It is similar to this thread:
Some help from Cloudflare would be appreciated to resolve this matter.
