Railgun included in Business Plan, or is it Extra?

Anyone with Business Plan or in the know: Is Railgun included in the Business Plan monthly subscription or is it at extra cost?

Railgun is deprecated and hasn’t been updated since 2018.

Tunnel | Zero Trust App Connector is the ‘successor’ I suppose? Doesn’t do any of the dynamic compression side of things but serves a similar purpose as a daemon within your network that’ll connect Cloudflare’s edge to your origin.
