- We are using cloudflare R2 storgae and upload files via S3 api / CLI - from 14th of June the upload from application seems not working perfectly… some time it is uploading, sometimes not, sometimes takes an hour to upload a file, we have .Net application from where we are uploading file… is there any issue going on with the upload functionality…? we are stuck - we are fully dependent on cloudflare,… and our client’s are not able to upload files since last 4 days…
can any body help or update when this issue will be resolved, is it already identified?

We have take R2 paid subscription.
We have also encountered the same problem, recently there has been a very serious delay in uploading files. We kindly request our friends at the Cloudflare team to pay attention and resolve this issue promptly.

Yes, our business is at risk, from last 4 days, we do not have any alternate solution as of now.
We used cloudflare because of its name, however it seems we will losse all our clients and business if it does not get resolved quickly.
There is no way to raise it to cloudflare team?

What happens when you submit a request? Are you selecting a support category that aligns with your subscription?
If you have a ticket number, you can share it here and we can request escalation escalation. Note that it will still take time for the ticket to see its turn.
Here is the screenshot, we have R2 subscription only, it says to go to discord channel, does not allow us to create a support ticket.
When I try to click on right side option update to a Biz plan it gives below popup
and after clicking “add a site” nothing happens.
