What is the issue you’re encountering
My R2 subscription is removed although in subscriptions it is saying that my subscription is till July 10th 2024 attached screenshot for the same, still when going to R2 page it is asking me subscribe but when subscribing nothing is happening. My production server is down and getting many many messages from clients.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Tried to view all invoices and check if I have any unpaid invoice.
Raised ticket 24 hours ago #3324085 but no response at all.

I have a yearly pro plan, that is valid for 5 more months. Suddenly, page rules and other services stopped working, CF indicating that my site is on a free plan.
Indeed, it lists both the free and the pro plan, for my website.
I experimented, and just bought another, duplicate, pro plan. It looks like this worked around the issue. Not sure if this applies to your situation. Can you just pay again for R2?
It’s a rough guess, might not even work or be possible. But if there is a chance to temporarily solve the issue for some $ that probably will be refunded, it might be worth a shot.
Unable to do so the page keeps on reloading as I click on Add R2 subscription to my account button. tried it on various browsers and incognito mode as well. Its been more than 6 days but no response from support nothing.
@cloonan No response since 6 days for my ticket #3324085 and all websites that I made during the past 1 year are all broken now. I had to pay a full refund to one of my clients from my pocket after developing his website for 2 months because of this issue.
For another client had to upload product images of 150+ products manually to s3 bucket as he said just to fix it. There are so many other clients and I just can’t keep on giving refunds or uploading their images manually. For some client, he had uploaded his invoices and other documents but they can’t be accessed now. Really really pissed with this thing.
