R2 sub caused payment issue. Paid but still locked out of R2. Can't renew domains

What is the issue you’re encountering

On Jul 26, 2024 I was invoiced for R2 but the payment failed. I paid the invoice as soon as I noticed, but was still locked out of R2 - clicking “Add R2 subscription to my account” just refreshes the page. I created a ticket for this but it was closed without an answer. I sort of gave up and moved on. A month later, I got a new invoice for R2 (which was auto-paid), even though I’ve been locked out of it. My R2 data seems to be there still, so it’s charging for me storage, but I literally cannot do anything because again, I’m locked out of it. If I had access, the data would’ve been deleted already, so no charge. I created another ticket for this but it was again closed without an answer. I removed my payment method to avoid the continuous charges, but now I have 3 domains that need to be renewed soon and the R2 invoices are still there.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

There’s literally nothing I can do. There are 4 R2-related invoices in my account:

Jul 26, 2024 - the first invoice had the first payment issue & got me locked out of R2. I manually paid this one as soon as I got the notice.
Aug 26, 2024 - ideally this should be refunded (I was locked out of R2 for a month. created a ticket about it but got no response)
Sep 26, 2024 - should be voided (unpaid because I had already removed my payment method)
Jan 26, 2025 - should be voided (unpaid)
