Do cached requests to public buckets (like described here Public buckets · Cloudflare R2 docs) count twords “class B” operations described on the pricing page? (Pricing · Cloudflare R2 docs)
If an item is cached, there won’t be a request to the R2 bucket. If it’s not cached or needs to be revalidated it would be a class B operation.
