My R2 service is not working, which has seriously affected the operation of our system. I have tried to contact your technical staff, but the problem has not been solved. When I go to the R2 page, it just keeps prompting me to “Add R2 subscription to my account”. No matter how I click, it doesn’t work. It always prompts “execStripeBulkCreateSubscription failed: failed to update user subscription: failed to load account from db: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page.” However, there is no problem with my bill, and the money has been deducted by you. The service is not working, it is really urgent.

Your support staff said to wait 24 hours, but so many days have passed and the problem is still not solved

I’ve been using the R2 service normally until suddenly, after being charged on February 28, 2025, I can no longer use it. The R2 service interruption has caused my system to stop functioning, which is an extremely serious issue. When I access the R2 page, it prompts me that there are unpaid bills, but when I go to the billing page, there are no bills that need to be processed. This has become a vicious cycle. I’ve tried contacting your support team through various channels, but haven’t received an appropriate solution. This problem has already caused my service to be down for a week. If I can’t get support here, I’ll have to switch to another service provider. I hope you can respond to this as soon as possible.

I submitted a support ticket three days ago, but there has been no resolution, leaving my system completely paralyzed. I’ve tried every possible option related to R2 and billing, but found no solution, which is why I’m reluctantly seeking help here. After submitting my ticket, I received a link: https://www.support.cloudflare.com/support/s/case/500Nv00000KO5Xp, but opening it requires account credentials. I attempted to log in with my Cloudflare username and password, but there was no response - the page simply reloaded without any prompt or message.

I feel trapped in a frustrating loop with no way forward.

I sincerely hope someone can provide assistance.
