What is the issue or error you’re encountering
When I extract any .msi file from my R2 that is connected to my domain with “Cache Everything” cache rule from different regions (different countries) all these respond with MISS most of the time and that I have enabled “Smart Tier Cache” and the strangest thing is that a week ago this did not happen plus there are other files with formats such as .JSON in the R2 that if they have a high % of cache but these .msi files do not.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Try to upload some .msi binary to R2 and also some other like a .png image and connect it to a domain with “Smart Tier Cache” and “Cache Everything” and compare the response headers in relation to the cache from different regions of the world (using some VPN of course).
