Some of our students are trying to access this R2 dev url and they see “NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID” when accssed from Australia Region. pub-fa57251a8273418497a5bb6acce677db.r2.dev (rest of the path to file).

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We’ve tried using a VPN
Clearing cookies and caches
Trying incognito mode

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

You might not be able to reproduce as it happens to some of our users in Australia.

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce since not from :australia:
Hopefully some ISP not blocking Cloudflare IP addresses.

Otherwise, from the screenshot, might be the SSL certificate wasn’t issued yet at the moment to cover this sub-domain for your R2 custom domain bucket.

It’s hard to reproduce, as it happens randomly to our users there.

Is there anything going on in that region or anything else we can do to fix this?

If we were to ask isps to allow cloudflare, what ips should we send them?
