I have problem to subscription r2, cannot pay online and other how to fix it ?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Log in to your Cloudflare account
Click on “BIlling”
If you see an unpaid invoice click on it
From within the invoice, click the “Pay Online” link
You will then be redirected to the BIlling system where you can proceed with your payment
Once the payment is made you should be able to make any desired changes to your subscription including downgrades and cancelation that are in adherence with Cloudflare policies
But, no luck, I don’t see the pay now button on the invoice.

And i try to upgrade to pro or business like this (no different), please repair billing system to r2 and other product.
