Cloudflare sets the correct alt-svc header to indicate HTTP/3 support, and 58wacai.com loads correctly over HTTP/3 on my end. This might be a client and/or network problem (e.g. UDP packets on port 443 are dropped). Rest assured HTTP/3 will work correctly on clients and networks that support it.
