Queued for processing

Hi there,

I wanted to do some additional testing with Stream, so I uploaded a couple of videos. It’s been quite a while now and they are still saying “Queued for processing”. When I uploaded my original files, this only took 5 minutes or so.

Is Stream turned off? I thought I’d still have access to it and just have to pay come September 6? According to the email, “Stream beta customers will continue to have free access to all current Stream features until September 6.”

Is something going on that I’m not aware of? Or is this a temporary issue?

I’m now receiving:

internal server error (Code: 9999)

internal server error (Code: 10000)

After it finally moved a little…

This seems to have finally gone through, after multiple failures and about 2 hours.
